Responsibilities
The Finance Cash Coordinator will provide administrative support and business partnering that will enable the Branches across the Division to ensure compliance with the Company’s cash management procedures. Finance Cash Coordinators must be versatile, detail oriented, and committed to supporting internal customers, improving internal controls, and prioritizing projects and tasks as directed by the Sr. Finance Manager. The person in this position must be able to conduct oneself with a professional demeanor while being approachable by employees and leadership.
- Provide route cash - administrative support and business partnering for the assigned Division and its associated branches
- Assist Accounting with cash account reconciliations. Help research and follow up on missing cash or unidentified variances
- Validate R304 deposit data versus Power BI HHC Reporting
- Facilitate training on cash management procedures to branch personnel as needed
- Work with Treasury, BOA to establish bank vaults; research unidentified bank transactions
- Provide Brinks customer support (branch set-up, assist with service issues)
- Order cash and bank supplies for Branches
- Perform cash audits
- Support Uncollected COD process
- Provide reporting on key indicators as requested by leadership
- SharePoint maintenance: set up cash logs for Division/branches
- Various other duties, as needed
- At least 1-2 years’ relevant experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and Power Point
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent work ethic
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- College degree preferred but not required
