We are seeking a Senior Director, FP&A & Strategic Finance
- Americas to lead financial planning, analysis, and decision support across our fast-growing US and Canada operations. Reporting to the VP Finance (FP&A), you will own the Americas planning, forecasting, and management reporting cycle and serve as the primary finance partner to Americas commercial and operational leadership.

As the most senior dedicated FP&A leader in the region, you will act as a senior business partner to the President, Americas, and provide meaningful deputising capacity for the VP Finance (FP&A). You will translate regional performance into clear insight for the CFO, board, and PE sponsor, while helping leaders make better decisions on growth, pricing, investment, and cost.

Given IRIS's active acquisition agenda, you will operate across a complex, multi-entity environment - partnering with Controllership, Tax, Treasury, M&A, and Finance Systems - while building a scalable, forward-looking FP&A capability at PE pace and precision.

The role carries appointed-officer responsibilities: you will serve as Treasurer for the Americas legal entities and as the NMLS control person for Creative Solutions Software Corp (CSSC), the group's US licence-holding entity. Treasury governance, banking authority, and regulatory/licensing stewardship are integral to the mandate, discharged in close partnership with Legal and Compliance.

• Regional FP&A & Management Reporting (25%) : Own the Americas budgeting, reforecasting, and long-range planning cycles aligned to the group calendar and PE reporting deadlines. Deliver accurate, insightful monthly and quarterly performance reviews covering ARR growth, GRR/NRR, EBITDA margin, cash flow, Rule of 40, bookings, and key operating metrics - with clear variance analysis and commentary. Provide regional inputs into board packs, sponsor/lender reporting, and group consolidation.
  
  Drive rolling forecasts and early-warning analysis to surface risks and opportunities ahead of cycle.
• Strategic Finance & Decision Support (20%) : Build robust models and scenario analysis for pricing, packaging, investment cases, and resource-allocation decisions. Lead financial evaluation of growth initiatives and operational trade-offs, quantifying ROI and payback. Support M&A, integration, and value-creation work including diligence inputs, synergy tracking, and post-deal performance. Translate complex analysis into clear, decision-ready recommendations.
• Commercial Partnering & Value Creation (15%): Act as trusted finance partner to Americas GMs and commercial leaders - challenging and supporting in equal measure. Partner with Revenue Operations on ARR, retention (GRR/NRR), bookings quality, and go-to-market economics. Serve as finance point of contact for product pricing decisions and escalations. Identify and drive margin improvement, cost discipline, and productivity opportunities across the region.
• Statutory, Treasury & Regulatory Responsibilities
  - Americas (15%): Serve as appointed Treasurer of the Americas legal entities, with officer-level accountability for treasury governance, banking mandates, and authorised-signatory authority. Act as NMLS control person for CSSC, ensuring control-person filings and ongoing federal and state registrations remain in good standing. Own the treasury relationship with financial institutions across the region: bank mandates, authorised-signer resolutions, approval limits, and segregation of duties.
  
  Safeguard CSSC's regulatory and licensing standing, including consumer-protection obligations.
