Are you an experienced Medical Assistant ready to take the next step in your career? Join our Urgent Care team as a Lead Medical Assistant and help guide clinical operations while delivering exceptional care to our patients.

• Prepare exam and treatment rooms and ensure patients are ready for exams or minor procedures.
• Escort patients, obtain medical history, and document vital signs and relevant information in the EMR.
• Serve as a scribe during exams, accurately recording provider-patient interactions.
• Process lab and diagnostic results, ensuring timely review and documentation.
• Coordinate patient flow and collaborate with front desk staff to maintain efficiency.
• Assist with scheduling, phone calls, and administrative support as needed.
• Promote quality care through attention to detail and patient‑centered service.

• Education:
  
  Graduate of a Medical Assistant program or equivalent related training; current Medical Assistant Certificate/Registration and CPR required.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of five (5) years of Medical Assistant experience.
• Preferred:
  Associate’s Degree in Medical Assisting;
  National Certification a plus.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and leadership skills.
