Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and coordination of IT hardware projects, ensuring they meet business objectives and timelines.
• On site lead presence, managing contractors.
• Track project progress and report updates to stakeholders.
• Help manage project schedules, resources, and budgets.
• Facilitate communication among project teams and other internal departments.
• Monitor project risks and issues, escalating as needed, and help find solutions.
• Maintain project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, and status reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times.
• Provide organizational & administrative support to project managers and other team members.

Skills/Must have:

• Previous experience in project coordination or similar roles are preferred but not essential.
• Project Lead experience
• Physical IT Hardware Project experience including installations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
