The Sr. Manager of Clinical Change Adoption and Readiness supports transformational and operational priorities across the organization by strengthening change management through readiness, adoption planning, stakeholder engagement, and implementation support across complex initiatives. The role partners closely with business, technology, operational, and communications stakeholders to improve how change is understood, supported, and adopted across impacted teams.
LocationThis is a hybrid role working some days at home and others in the posted job locations.
ResponsibilitiesChange Readiness and Adoption Planning: Lead readiness and adoption planning for complex transformation initiatives, including OneCM-related work streams; assess change readiness, current state adoption, and resistance; oversee Pioneer SME teams; develop change management plans and adoption strategies; translate learnings into clinical change management playbooks; create feedback loops and identify barriers to adoption.
Stakeholder Engagement and Business Alignment: Build and maintain strong relationships across impacted teams; develop feedback loops with Pioneer teams and champion networks; partner with Learning and Performance for ongoing planning; facilitate discussions clarifying clinician concerns, readiness risks, and support needs; ensure leaders and impacted teams have the context and alignment needed to move through change effectively.
Change Support Execution and Readiness Coordination: Coordinate readiness activities using the AKDAR modality, conduct readiness checkpoints, manage training support, and support implementation planning; work with project and business teams to keep deliverables visible and aligned; triage issues related to readiness, adoption, or change; reinforce follow‑through across work streams.
Leadership Visibility and Change Reporting: Prepare concise leadership‑facing updates summarizing readiness status, adoption risks, resistance themes, and support needs; support development of reporting and status summaries that improve visibility into adoption progress; surface change‑related risks, dependencies, and support needs to aid timely leadership decisions.
Continuous Improvement and Ways of Working: Identify opportunities to improve change planning, readiness tracking, stakeholder engagement, and adoption support; refine tools, templates, and processes; translate lessons learned into practical improvements; support a structured, repeatable approach across the portfolio.
Required Qualifications• 7+ years in Change Management, project management, program management or related field
• Experience leading complex cross‑functional projects from planning through implementation and creating behavior reinforcement strategies
• Experience working across multiple teams or business functions to drive communication clarity, alignment, and implementation outcomes utilizing the change continuum
• Experience supporting change‑related communications, clinical staff experience, leadership communications, or organizational communication planning
• Experience in healthcare, managed care, operations transformation, or similarly complex matrixed environments
• Experience supporting large‑scale transformation initiatives with business and technology partnership
• Experience with change‑management, stakeholder engagement, readiness tracking, or adoption planning tools and methods
• Change management certification, PMP, or related certification
• Assessing change impacts, readiness needs, stakeholder concerns, and adoption risks
