IT Project Manager

Overview

At Appvantage we are a community of digital strategists, designers, and developers working on major digital projects for global corporations across the Asia and Pacific region, especially in the automotive industry. We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Project Manager to join our Singapore team.

• Cultivate Connections
  :
  Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure project implementations meet our quality standards.
• Project Support
  :
  • Craft proposals, quotations and negotiate with clients.
  • Manage project implementation plans and budgets.
  • Define deliverables at each milestone.
  • Monitor progress and take proactive measures as needed.
• Requirements Elicitation
  :
  Partner with clients to identify high-level requirements, document business needs, assess solution risks and prioritize effectively.
• Quality Assurance
  :
  Oversee QA/QC activities to ensure successful and timely project delivery aligned with client expectations.
• Documentation Guru
  :
  Prepare project documentation including Minutes of Meeting, Requirement Specifications, Design Specifications, Training and User Manuals, Release Notes, and Project Status Reports.
• Versatile Contributor
  :
  Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or Business.
• 1–2 years of experience in the IT industry (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Organized, meticulous and positive attitude.
• Strong administrative skills and general understanding of the project life cycle, documentation and standards.
• Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies is a plus.
