We are seeking a Senior Data Architect to lead enterprise data strategy, data platform modernization, and solution design. This role works directly with business, architecture, and engineering teams to define scalable data architectures aligned to organizational priorities.
Key Responsibilities- Lead enterprise data architecture and solution design
- Partner with business stakeholders to define data strategy and roadmap
- Build conceptual, logical, and physical data models to support analytics
- Drive cloud adoption and modernization initiatives
- Establish data governance, lineage, and master data practices
- Oversee integration design and data ingestion strategy
- Guide data engineering teams and enforce standards
- Conduct architecture reviews and stakeholder workshops
- Evaluate new technologies and develop reference architectures
- Ensure alignment with enterprise security and compliance standards
10+ years in data architecture and engineering. Strong experience with cloud (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform). Deep data modeling & warehousing experience. Experience working directly with business teams. Strong MDM, governance, and metadata experience. Hands on experience with Spark, Databricks, and Python/SQL. Snowflake expertise.
Preferred SkillsExperience with Big Query/Redshift. Event driven and streaming architecture knowledge.
EducationDegree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Soft SkillsExcellent business communication & collaboration. Leadership and stakeholder management. Strategic thinker with strong ownership.
