Technical Project Manager – Enterprise Applications & Analytics Platforms

Role Overview

This role requires a Technical Project Manager to partner with business and technology stakeholders to identify, plan, and deliver multiple technical projects supporting enterprise information systems, infrastructure, enterprise applications, analytics platforms, business intelligence, data integration, and operational technology initiatives. The Technical Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams through the full project lifecycle from initiation through implementation and operational transition.

Manage multiple concurrent technical projects, apply enterprise project management methodology, develop project charters, communication plans, work plans, schedules, budgets, deployment strategies, testing plans, status reports, and project documentation. Lead project meetings, manage scope, risks, issues, dependencies, change requests, approvals, resource coordination, and project governance.

The ideal candidate will have experience in creating an effective team environment, building strong relationships, negotiation, solving problems and issues, resolving conflicts, managing resources in a matrix environment, and communicating effectively at all levels of an organization.

• BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study
• 5 years project management experience in broad-based information systems, full life-cycle application development, and/or building enterprise applications and/or data warehouse planning and development
• 2 years spent working in a lead role on one or more projects
• Experience in creating an effective team environment, building strong relationships, negotiation, solving problems and issues, resolving conflicts, managing resources in a matrix environment, and communicating effectively at all levels of an organization
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Experience managing enterprise technology projects supporting infrastructure, enterprise applications, analytics platforms, business intelligence, or data integration preferred
