Supporting the client by ensuring optimal performance and continued support of the Manufacturing Execution System software. This includes regular monitoring of systems operations, troubleshooting, and identification of problems and their resolution or escalation to ensure interconnected software systems are working as designed, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance assurance, and enabling Data Driven decision maki

• 5 years - expertise with MES software (DELMIA Apriso preferred, other expertise, such as Rockwell, Siemens Opcenter, Proficy Smart Factory, is acceptable)
• 3 years - Troubleshooting and customer support experience
