Real Estate Associate Opportunity
Location:
Hartford, Connecticut
A leading national law firm is expanding its commercial finance and investment team. We are seeking a motivated recent law graduate (anticipated to sit for the July 2025 Connecticut Bar) or a first- to fourth-year associate with transactional experience and a strong interest in national finance and investment practice.
Responsibilities / Qualifications- Experience with loan, joint venture, and LLC documents, and preferably commercial real estate transactions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a client-focused environment.
- Prior non-legal experience in finance, investment, or real estate industries is a plus.
- The ideal candidate will have transactional experience and a strong interest in national finance and investment practice.
- Recent law graduate (anticipated to sit for the July 2025 Connecticut Bar) or a first- to fourth-year associate with transactional experience.
Competitive salary range: $145,000 – $165,000
