What You'll Do

As a Lab Technician, you'll be an essential part of our production and quality operations. You'll work closely with supervisors and cross‑functional teams to ensure devices are processed accurately, safely, and efficiently-all while following our robust quality system standards.

Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include:

+ Receiving, inspecting, and documenting soiled products with precision

+ Performing lumen clearing on multiple product types, completing an average of 50 devices per day

+ Executing critical reprocessing steps such as:

+ Lot number assignment

+ Initial and secondary decontamination

+ Coating removal

+ View Flex Ultra Wet Room activities

+ Collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication

+ Maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant lab workspace

+ Completing line clearance, top‑down cleaning, and safety checks as directed

+ Accurately documenting production records-both manually and digitally

+ Taking on additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by leadership

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Waterbury, CT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
