Position Summary

The Manufacturing & Fulfillment Technician is a versatile team member responsible for supporting multiple departments across production, packaging, fulfillment, inventory, and logistics functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys learning different aspects of the business, and can adapt to changing priorities as operational needs evolve. Successful candidates will be cross‑trained in various functions and may rotate between departments based on business demands.

Responsibilities may include manufacturing support, product packaging, inventory management, order fulfillment, quality control, and compliance‑related tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with production and manufacturing processes
  • Support product assembly, preparation, and handling activities
  • Maintain production schedules and workflow priorities
  • Assist with workstation setup, organization, and cleanup
  • Follow established procedures to ensure product quality and consistency
  • Package products according to company standards
  • Apply labels accurately and verify packaging requirements
  • Ensure product quantities and packaging specifications are correct
  • Prepare finished products for inventory transfer and distribution
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately and efficiently
  • Assist with inventory transfers and shipment preparation
  • Support logistics coordination and order staging activities
  • Assist with inventory organization, tracking, and movement
  • Support inventory counts, audits, and reconciliation processes
  • Maintain clean, organized, and efficient storage areas
  • Ensure accurate documentation of inventory activities
  • Follow all SOPs, company policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain accurate production, packaging, and inventory records
  • Verify product quality, labeling accuracy, and packaging integrity
  • Escalate quality concerns or operational issues when identified
  • Support audit readiness and compliance initiatives
Qualifications
  • Manufacturing, warehouse, packaging, fulfillment, logistics, or inventory experience preferred
  • Cannabis industry experience is a plus but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining accuracy
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift and move materials safely as needed
  • Comfortable learning new processes and working across multiple departments
  • Ability to follow procedures and work effectively as part of a team
