PrecisionX is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day production on the shop floor, supervising approximately 30 operators and ensuring work orders, quality standards, and the production schedule are followed.
You will coordinate with Production Control, Quality, Maintenance and Shipping to maintain throughput, resolve bottlenecks, and uphold safety and 5S practices across the operation.
