- Develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity, improve quality, and reduce production costs.
- Create and maintain process documentation, work instructions, operation sheets, and manufacturing standards.
- Develop production methods and manufacturing sequences using engineering drawings, customer specifications, and quality requirements.
- Support new product introductions by developing manufacturing processes from raw material through finished product.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing, tooling, material, and quality issues while implementing effective corrective actions.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, cost reduction, cycle time improvements, and process optimization.
- Implement engineering changes and maintain accurate manufacturing documentation.
- Partner with production, quality, purchasing, and supply chain teams to ensure successful product execution.
- Serve as a technical resource for manufacturing operations and support customer and supplier engineering requirements.
- Participate in root cause investigations and drive long-term process improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- 5–10 years of manufacturing engineering experience; aerospace manufacturing experience preferred。
- Must qualify as a U.S. Person in accordance with ITAR regulations.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, machining methods, and engineering documentation。
- Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications。
- Proficiency with CAD software such as Solid Works, NX, or similar platforms。
- Experience machining nickel and titanium alloys is highly desirable。
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills。
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications。
