EDP, a Waterbury, CT manufacturer, is seeking a 2nd Shift Manufacturing Supervisor to lead daily operations, safety, quality, and delivery. You will translate the schedule into actionable plans for each cell, balance labor and equipment, and drive a high-performing, engaged team.
You will coach leads and operators, enforce 5S and standard work, monitor OEE, and partner with maintenance and quality to meet SQDC targets.
