Job Description- Own the go-to-market strategy and positioning for the firm’s product suite, including messaging, narratives, and competitive differentiation
- Develop and maintain sales enablement tools and training for internal teams and distribution partners
- Lead product launch planning and execution in partnership with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Compliance
- Translate market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive analysis into actionable marketing strategies
- Manage integrated product marketing campaigns across digital, content, PR, and events
- Define KPIs, track performance, and report on product marketing effectiveness
- Serve as a key liaison between Product and Distribution teams to ensure alignment across roadmap, messaging, and go-to-market execution
- 8+ years of product or product marketing experience within financial services, fintech, crypto, or high-growth industries
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Communications, or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of investment products, markets, and distribution dynamics
- Proven success driving product launches, adoption, and sales enablement initiatives
- Highly analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into measurable strategies
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills across marketing collateral and training
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders without direct authority
- Familiarity with modern marketing technology platforms, including CRM, analytics, and automation tools
- Demonstrated interest in digital assets, crypto, or disruptive, high-growth sectors
