Job Description
  • Own the go-to-market strategy and positioning for the firm’s product suite, including messaging, narratives, and competitive differentiation
  • Develop and maintain sales enablement tools and training for internal teams and distribution partners
  • Lead product launch planning and execution in partnership with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Compliance
  • Translate market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive analysis into actionable marketing strategies
  • Manage integrated product marketing campaigns across digital, content, PR, and events
  • Define KPIs, track performance, and report on product marketing effectiveness
  • Serve as a key liaison between Product and Distribution teams to ensure alignment across roadmap, messaging, and go-to-market execution
Requirements / Qualifications
  • 8+ years of product or product marketing experience within financial services, fintech, crypto, or high-growth industries
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Communications, or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of investment products, markets, and distribution dynamics
  • Proven success driving product launches, adoption, and sales enablement initiatives
  • Highly analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into measurable strategies
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills across marketing collateral and training
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders without direct authority
  • Familiarity with modern marketing technology platforms, including CRM, analytics, and automation tools
  • Demonstrated interest in digital assets, crypto, or disruptive, high-growth sectors
