Description
Overview Saint Mary’s Hospital, part of Trinity Health of New England, is seeking Assistant Nurse Managers (ANMs) to support clinical teams in a collaborative, patient-centered community hospital environment.
This role is perfect for nurses ready to transition from bedside to leadership while making a direct impact on patient care and team culture.
What You’ll Do- Assist with staffing, operations, and patient care oversight
- Support and mentor nursing staff
- Promote patient safety and quality care standards
- Drive team engagement and retention
- Partner with leaders on process improvement and compliance
- Maintain a visible leadership presence on the unit
- Med-Surg Oncology
- Inpatient General Surgery
- Intermediate Care
- Active Connecticut RN License
- BLS required
- 3+ years RN experience
- Leadership/Charge RN experience preferred
- BSN Required
- Strong team-oriented, supportive culture
