Schedule: Full-time & Part-time positions available
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the care team
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold compliance standards
- Valid RN license in the state of Connecticut
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Prior experience in home care, long-term care, or acute settings preferred
