Breast Oncology Advanced Practice – Full‑Time Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

Trinity Health Of New England Medical Group invites a full‑time Board‑Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its Breast Oncology team at Saint Mary’s Hospital. In a 100% outpatient setting, the selected professional will work Monday through Friday with our Breast Oncologists and Specialists to provide comprehensive navigation and care for high‑risk and breast oncology patients.

• Collaborate with Breast Oncologists and Specialists to deliver patient‑centered care.
• Provide comprehensive navigation and clinical care for high‑risk and breast oncology patients.
• Participate in the development and implementation of the High‑Risk and Benign Breast Program.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.

• Board‑Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with proven clinical experience.
• Experience in nurse navigation is preferred.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
