Position: Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) – FLOAT

Seeking a full‑time RN who will support several DaVita Dialysis facilities within a 30–40 minute radius of Waterbury, CT.

• Deliver direct patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting.
• Monitor patients, manage treatment plans, and respond to health changes.
• Collaborate with supportive clinical team, including Patient Care Technicians.
• Educate patients and families on kidney health and treatment options.
• Float to nearby clinics in the region as needed.

• Fast‑paced, hands‑on environment.
• Long‑term patient relationships.
• Broad nursing skill application with medically complex patients.
• Paid training provided.

• Flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Training may occur at a clinic other than your home location.
• Full‑time schedule: 3–4 days per week, 10–12–14 hour shifts alternating Saturdays;
  Sunday off.

• RN license in the state of practice.
• At least 6+ months dialysis experience.
• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Reliable transportation for potential floating.

• Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN).
