DaVita is seeking a Dilaysis Registered Nurse (RN) - FLOAT to provide direct patient care in outpatient dialysis centers around Waterbury, CT. The role includes floating to multiple facilities within a 30–40 minute radius and collaborating with a clinical team.
Ideal candidates hold an RN license in the state, have at least 6 months dialysis experience, and an ADN (BSN preferred). Training is provided, with flexible 3–4 day schedules and 10–14 hour shifts.
