There For You Home Care Services is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver skilled nursing care in patients' homes. The RN will assess needs, develop and manage care plans, provide hands-on care, and coordinate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to support recovery and safe, independent living at home.
This role requires independent judgment, strong documentation in EMR, adherence to HIPAA and regulatory standards, and the ability to supervise LPNs/LVNs and aides.
