- Call Requirement: Weekday and weekend on-call coverage required

Job Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- At least 1 year of Operating Room nursing experience required
- Experience in a Level I or Level II trauma center preferred
- AORN experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and teamwork in a busy surgical environment
- Willingness to participate in weekday and weekend on-call rotation
- Provide safe, high-quality patient care in the Operating Room setting
- Support preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative nursing care
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiology, and perioperative team members
- Maintain a sterile field and assist with surgical procedures efficiently and accurately
- Monitor patients throughout the surgical experience and respond to changing needs
- Follow established protocols, documentation standards, and patient safety practices
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented perioperative environment focused on excellent patient outcomes
