• Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,400 to $2,520
• Location: Waterbury, CT 06706, a welcoming Connecticut city known for its convenient central location and easy access to the surrounding New England region
• Call Requirement: Weekday and weekend on-call coverage required
• Scheduling: Flexible scheduling options available

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of Operating Room nursing experience required
• Experience in a Level I or Level II trauma center preferred
• AORN experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and teamwork in a busy surgical environment
• Willingness to participate in weekday and weekend on-call rotation

• Provide safe, high-quality patient care in the Operating Room setting
• Support preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative nursing care
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiology, and perioperative team members
• Maintain a sterile field and assist with surgical procedures efficiently and accurately
• Monitor patients throughout the surgical experience and respond to changing needs
• Follow established protocols, documentation standards, and patient safety practices
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented perioperative environment focused on excellent patient outcomes
