Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN)

Waterbury, CT

Contract | Days | Flexible Scheduling Options Available

• Provide skilled perioperative nursing care within a trauma center operating room environment
• Assist surgical teams throughout all phases of the perioperative process including pre-op, intraop, and post-op
• Maintain patient safety and adhere to established surgical and sterile field protocols
• Participate in weekday and weekend on-call rotations as required

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Prior OR RN experience in a Level I or Level II Trauma Center
• Ability to fulfill weekday and weekend on-call requirements

• AORN certification or membership preferred
• Experience with flexible scheduling in a high-acuity surgical environment
