RN Nurse, Operating Room Nurse, Travel Nurse, Surgical Assistant
Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN)
Shift: 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM, with weekday and weekend on-call required. Scheduling options are flexible.
We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) with a background in a Level I or Level II trauma center. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing high-quality surgical care and support to patients in the operating room environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the operating room before, during, and after surgical procedures.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor patient conditions and communicate effectively with team members.
- Adhere to AORN (Association of peri Operative Registered Nurses) guidelines and best practices.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Valid RN license, with experience in a Level I or Level II trauma center.
- AORN certification preferred.
- Completion of the Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen.
- Compliance with vaccinations and health screenings, including but not limited to COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella.
Assignment Duration:
This position is available as a contract position.
