Licensed Professional - Healthcare Position

This is a 13-week contract position.

Shift: 07:00 AM - 07:30 PM

We are seeking a licensed healthcare professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring compliance with practice standards and protocols. The position requires adherence to organizational policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive patient assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient care and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on care plans and health maintenance.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Valid and active License/Certificate Verification
• Completion of Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing
• Current personal health history, including Fit Test and vaccinations (COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Tdap)
• Completion of Trinity Integrity and Audit Services Form
• Trinity Criminal Background Check
• Trinity Education Verification
• Trinity GSA/OIG compliance
