Pay Range:$28.00 – $30.00 per hour

• Full-Time Baylor:three 10-point/~12-hour shifts (Fri-Sun or Sat-Mon).

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents/patients in accordance with care plans.

• Handle emergency visits.

• Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely.

• Monitor patient conditions and report significant changes to the RN or medical director.

• Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR).

• Supervise CNA staff to ensure a high standard of patient dignity and safety.

• Licensure:Active, unencumbered
  Connecticut LPN License
  .

• Experience:Previous experience in long-term care, assisted living, or rehabilitation preferred (new grads welcome to apply!).

• Skills:Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and a heart for patient advocacy.

• Reliability:Since the Baylor shift is critical to weekend operations, consistent attendance is a must.

• Competitive Pay:$27.00 – $30.00/hr based on experience.
