American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Tele float pool position requiring CT/compact RN license and prior travel experience.

• Float pool position covering Medsurg units
• Adult and geriatric patient population
• Night shift, 4x12 hours, 19:00-07:30, with 36 or 48 hour weekly options
• Every other weekend coverage required
• Uses Omnicell medication system and Cerner documentation system

• Active RN license (CT or compact) required
• BLS certification required; NIHSS preferred
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required
• Any charting system experience accepted
• Skilled in blood product administration, peripheral line and PICC line care/management
• Proficient in starting and maintaining IVs
• Experience with nasal cannula and non-invasive airway management
• Knowledgeable in isolation precautions and PPE protocols

• Provide care in a Med/Surg unit, floating as needed across Medsurg areas
• Candidates residing within 75 miles are considered local
• First-time travelers are not being considered for this role
