Quality Supervisor - Night Shift

We're looking for a Quality Supervisor to lead our client’s night shift quality operations (3PM–12AM) and serve as the primary quality authority across their manufacturing floor. In this hands‑on role, you'll supervise Quality Technicians and Finished Goods Specialists, drive quality excellence, and ensure every product meets their customer, regulatory, and company standards.

You'll work at the intersection of quality, production, and continuous improvement—making real‑time decisions that protect their customers while supporting their manufacturing team to operate efficiently and effectively. This role reports to the Sustaining Quality Manager and requires both strategic thinking and an ability to roll up your sleeves when needed.

• Supervise, coach, and develop Night Shift Quality Technicians and Inspectors
• Set daily priorities and allocate inspection resources based on production schedules
• Conduct shift meetings to communicate quality concerns, customer issues, and production priorities
• Build a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer focus

• Provide immediate quality support across molding, assembly, secondary operations, and packaging
• Make disposition decisions on suspect products in accordance with established procedures
• Lead containment activities for nonconforming product and coordinate segregation and identification
• Support production start‑ups and first article inspections
• Verify process adherence and compliance with approved work instructions

• Oversee in‑process, first piece, last piece, and final inspections
• Review inspection documentation for completeness and accuracy
• Verify calibrated inspection equipment is used properly and monitor inspection performance
