Target - 300 Chase Avenue - Responsibilities:
Drive sales and deliver a guest ready floor by executing visual standards, signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist the guest as needed;
Sort truck freight and push freight to the salesfloor, locating merchandise in the backroom based on business needs;
Set visual presentations and visual merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales;
Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity to create a guest ready floor;
Remerchandise presentations as they sell through using remerchandising best practices to deliver an inspiring shopping experience for our guest
