Delivers an open-door culture, leverages Voice of Associate, staffing and scheduling, onboarding and mentoring, and succession planning.;
Delegates effectively and empowers others to succeed; cascades information and adjusts priorities; addresses associate complaints and grievances; ensures timely associate reviews.;
Overall Store

Experience:

Leads the associate and pet parent experience, handles pet safety and health, ensures compliant store operations, and collaborates on community events with local adoption groups.;
Business Management:
Delivers corporate strategy and profitability goals, analyzes reporting, communicates results, drives store P&L, manages expenses and staffing, and oversees payroll and scheduling.
