Hourly Wage

$22 - $35 per hour (equals or exceeds the required minimum wage for the job location).

Includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Full-time.

Shifts are available throughout the day.

Home associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on customer wants and needs. They also ensure Home displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.
