Assist Store Manager in managing store staff and operations in the absence of the Store Manager;
Ensure store cleanliness and merchandise presentation meet company standards;
Process register functions and ensure proper execution of floor sets and promotions;
Direct and maintain merchandise presentation according to Visual Merchandising standards;
Assist in achieving store and individual sales goals and driving profitability;
Monitor and evaluate staff performance on sales and loss prevention metrics;
Train associates on register and Aptos functions; secure company funds per policy;
Collaborate with Store Manager and District Manager on operational goals and directives
