Salary Range: $95,000.00 - $ Base+Commission/month

Role Purpose

This role acts as an enabler to remove both internal and external challenges in support of sales opportunities, provides continuous coaching to help move opportunities through the selling process and guides all reps in closing deals both digitally and onsite.

Business Development Specialist

Core Accountabilities
  • Ensure contact and follow‑up procedures are followed across all written guidelines and conduct long-term follow up (beyond 90 days) for all leads that are not being attended to by Business Development Specialists and Brand Specialists.
  • Acts as a “working manager” stepping in to handle sales leads digitally and onsite to encourage effective closing/delivery ratios ultimately reaching metrics goals.
  • Verify that sales technique, lead management software, and vehicle product knowledge trainings are being completed by all direct reports. Identify areas of strength and opportunities for development for direct reports.
  • Plan and deliver effective marketing campaigns through social media, CRM and other data mining tools that increase customer engagement and ultimately deliveries.
  • Ensure that all sales staff are consistently informing, educating, and eventually transitioning customer base to digital retail tools and processes.
Qualifications, Competencies and Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneur Management or Marketing preferred.
  • 5+ years’ experience in internet sales and customer service (management-level preferred)
  • Can adapt and embrace change with an internal and external customer centric mindset
  • Act as a coach and advocate for direct reports and have a strong commitment to professional development
  • Works well with customers, promotes a positive image of the company, strives to solve issues raised by customers
