Parts Specialist (Counter Pro)

Pro Stock Automotive Warehouse
Position Overview Pro Stock Automotive Warehouse is seeking an experienced, customer-focused Parts Specialist to join our Waterbury team. This position serves both wholesale and retail customers by identifying the correct automotive parts, providing knowledgeable solutions, and delivering outstanding service at the counter and over the phone.
Key Responsibilities Assist wholesale and retail customers at the counter and over the phone
Accurately identify and locate automotive parts using electronic catalogs and POS systems
Recommend appropriate products and additional solutions based on customer needs
Process orders, returns, credits, and payments accurately
Build strong, lasting relationships with new and existing customers
Follow up on quotes, special orders, and sales opportunities
Resolve customer questions and concerns promptly and professionally
Collaborate with sales, operations, warehouse, and delivery teams
Support teammates and contribute to a positive customer experience
Represent Pro Stock professionally at all times
Qualifications
Automotive aftermarket parts experience required
Strong automotive parts and cataloging knowledge
Excellent communication, customer-service, and problem-solving skills
Sales-oriented, organized, dependable, and results-driven
Familiarity with automotive POS and electronic catalog systems
High school diploma or equivalent
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
