Business Development Associate

• Supporting a team of Business Development Officers that identify, market, and sell loan products
• Providing sales, deal analysis and process support to Business Development Officers
• Participating in marketing efforts on prospects and clients
• Analyzing, originating and monitoring loans
• Managing all aspects of closing approved lending requests
• Collaborating with internal bank partners and external COIs

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 0-3 years of sales experience
• Good interpersonal, presentation, verbal and written communication skills
• Collaborative skills
• Working skills using word, excel and Power Point

Demonstrates strong capabilities in sales support, loan analysis, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Proficient in managing the loan closing process and effectively communicating with clients and team members.
