  • 10+ years of experience leading pharmaceutical or biotechnology sales teams.
  • Demonstrated success leading, coaching, and developing high-performing field sales organizations.
  • Proven record of consistently exceeding financial and/or quantitative targets, as well as qualitative goals.
  • Experience with specialty pharmacy and HUB dynamics and patient access is required.
  • Strong knowledge of reimbursement and healthcare environment trends.
  • Cardiology and/or rheumatology experience strongly preferred.

  • Experience with injectable therapies preferred.
  • Experience in Marketing, Sales Operations, or other commercial support functions is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate strategy into effective execution.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and ability to make sound decisions in a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 75–80% of the work week by air and/or car.
  • Candidates must reside in one of the following locations:
