Role:
Senior Account Specialist supporting Solta’s non-invasive medical devices and consumables in Upstate NY/Connecticut. Objectives: drive sales, increase revenue, build customer relationships, and promote product utilization through demonstrations, training, and education.

• develop territory sales strategies
• execute launch plans
• coordinate events
• identify new business opportunities
• maintain account data
• ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as FDA, GCP, and GDP
• Collaborate with surgical, marketing, and clinical teams
• support cross-selling
• manage administrative tasks

• high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred)
• minimum 2 years B2B sales experience
• ideally in medical or cosmetic surgical environments
• with knowledge of medical terminology and procedures

• strong selling, planning, organizational, communication, and influence abilities
• technical competency for software and hardware use
• valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 75%
