Building Maintenance Mechanic - HVAC License (Waterbury, CT)

Individual will perform skilled maintenance, installation and repair work on buildings and building equipment.

• Perform scheduled tests and inspections;
• Determining necessary work on building equipment and fixtures including but not limited to HVAC systems, refrigeration equipment, electronic controls, compressed air systems, water cooled chillers, DDC building automation systems, DX systems and commercial kitchen equipment.
• Performing skilled work in connection with the installation, removal, operations and maintenance of the buildings, building equipment and other related physical plant.

Five years related experience in Mechanical / HVAC system maintenance in a Commercial / Industrial environment required.

Individuals must have CT / S-1 or S-2 license.

Bargaining unit Teal Book employees with contractual rights to this position will be given first consideration.

The salary range for this position starts at Step $53.52 and progresses in accordance with the union contract.
