Easterseals is seeking a dependable and motivated Operations Coordinator to support our Group Supported Employment (GSE) program during second shift.

In this role, you'll serve as the primary support person for staff working throughout the community, helping ensure quality services for adults with disabilities while keeping operations running smoothly. If you enjoy coaching others, solving problems, and working independently, this may be the perfect opportunity for you.

• Monday
  -Friday 2pm-10pm
• Full-time position
• Flexibility may be required based on program needs

• Visit community work sites to ensure quality services are being delivered
• Monitor contract locations and maintain positive customer relationships
• Provide coverage to 2nd shift crews when call outs occur
• Serve as the main point of contact for staff working in the community during 2nd shift
• Provide coaching, training, and support to employees
• Assist with onboarding and mentoring new 2nd shift staff
• Help troubleshoot challenges and resolve operational issues in real time
• Communicate important updates and concerns to program leadership

• Provide hands-on support to adults with disabilities when coverage is needed
• Follow individual support plans and agency procedures
• Promote independence, skill development, and community inclusion

• Complete required documentation and reports
• Ensure quality and compliance standards are met
• Maintain required certifications and trainings

One of the following is required:

• High School Diploma or GED and 5 years of experience supporting individuals with disabilities or in human services
• Associate Degree and 3 years of related experience
• Bachelor's Degree and 1 year of related experience

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to drive agency vehicles
• Ability to obtain and maintain required certifications including CPR, First Aid, and PMT
