Community Partners in Action (CPA) in Waterbury, CT, is seeking a Supervising Case Manager for the WAIC program. You will oversee all AIC case management services, staff supervision, and day-to-day operations to ensure program success and compliance with funder requirements.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in social sciences with two years in case management and supervision, plus a valid driver’s license. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred;
Counseling background is a plus.
