Class A drivers with at least one year of verifiable experience in the last three years are invited to join our team. This opportunity offers a guaranteed salary, extra pay per shipment, comprehensive benefits, and home weekly.

Average yearly pay: $113,000 per year ($2,190 weekly), with a daily salary of $215 and $300 for each unloaded trailer. Drivers average 900–1,200 miles per week, typically completing three loads.

• Pick up loads at the DC just outside Rome, NY. Trailers are preloaded; drivers hook and go.
• Earn a daily salary plus $300 for each unloaded trailer.
• Deliver between 2–4 stops per trailer, placing boxes weighing 1–35 lbs onto a conveyor belt. No inventory or merchandising required.
• After a 34‑hour reset at home, continue deliveries until the next DC arrival.
• Complete a 2‑day orientation in Dayton. Company pays transportation, hotel, meals, and $85/day.
• Undergo 3–5 days of paid training. You may double‑bunk with the trainer or receive your truck first; flexibility is required.

• Medical coverage after 60 days.

Urine drug test only.

Applicants must never have failed or refused any drug test, even if completed SAP. Failure or refusal in any drug test, regardless of how long ago the incident occurred, disqualifies the applicant.

• Must live in NY, CT, MD, MA, or RI. Do not hire in the Bronx or Long Island.
• Minimum of 21 years old and one full year of Class A experience (local, regional, or OTR).
• CDL must be issued in the state of current residence at time of application.
• May have no more than three jobs in the last year and no more than six jobs in the last three years.
• May have up to two DOT recordable accidents in the last three years, except for the following which are prohibited:
  • No major traffic violations.
  • No preventable rear‑end collisions.
  • No rollovers.
• Must not have been terminated from the most recent job for any reason.
• Allowed personal vehicle moving violations in the last three years: 15+, reckless, following too closely, texting or handheld device. No such violations in a commercial vehicle.
• No felonies in the last seven years (excluding any sexual crimes) and no misdemeanors in the last three years.
