Shipping and Receiving Associate

Take 2 Recycling is seeking a skilled Shipping & Recieving Associate to join our team! In this role, you will coordinate product flow from incoming customer batches, manage outgoing loads, and collaborate with other internal departments to ensure seamless operations. You will play a key role in maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse environment.

• Operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate product flow between incoming shipments and outgoing orders.
• Assist with inventory control and proper storage of materials.
• Communicate with various internal departments to ensure smooth product movement.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain equipment and report any issues or concerns.
• Perform regular checks on forklift equipment to ensure proper functioning.

• Pay: $18.00 - $19.50 per hour
• Monday - Friday schedule from 8:00am - 4:30pm and occasional Saturday shifts

• Previous experience driving forklifts in a warehouse or industrial setting is required.
• Ability to operate various types of forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and warehouse best practices.

• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a team.
