Job Description

ATA Services, Inc. is looking for a full‑time Data Entry Clerk for Vermont's Department for Children and Families. We are excited to work with you!

Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

Hourly Rate

$20.00 per hour (Non‑exempt)

Core Responsibilities

This role is responsible for accurately entering, reviewing, and maintaining data across multiple systems while ensuring a high level of quality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems.
Review records for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
Verify and correct data discrepancies as needed.
Organize, manage, and process electronic documents, including Adobe PDF files.
Utilize Microsoft Excel to maintain records, create reports, filter data, and apply basic formulas.
Respond to customer and internal inquiries with professionalism and excellent customer service.
Collaborate with team members to meet departmental goals and deadlines.
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Follow established procedures and data quality standards to ensure the integrity of information.
