Care Transformation Grants Manager - Limited Service

The Care Transformation Grants Manager leads the Agency of Human Services' efforts to develop, implement, and oversee grant programs advancing Vermont's health care transformation goals. The position supports hospitals, health care providers, and community-based organizations across the continuum of care, serving as a strategic project leader and collaborative partner to improve affordability, access, quality, and health outcomes. This role manages complex initiatives involving multiple funding streams, timelines, reporting requirements, and stakeholders, while providing technical assistance to participating organizations and coordinating federal reporting.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, or related field with 3+ years of professional-level administrative experience
• Or Master's degree in accounting, business administration, or related field with 1+ year of professional-level administrative experience
• Experience performing and supervising administrative functions for a moderate-sized office, department, or agency
• Expertise in grant administration, budget management, and finance
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage complex initiatives and multiple stakeholders
• One or more year of experience as Administrative Services Manager III with State of Vermont (alternative qualification)
