CREtelligent is seeking experienced ALTA/NSPS Surveyors to join our nationwide contractor network. You’ll perform ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, conduct fieldwork, analyze boundaries, and review title commitments to deliver accurate deliverables for lenders and investors.
Qualified candidates hold PLS/RPLS or equivalent licensure, with strong knowledge of boundary law and survey standards. Experience across commercial properties and multi-county projects is a plus.
