Job Location: In-Person, $20.90-$22/Hour, Full-Time, 2nd Shift, Monday-Thursday

A well-established manufacturing company focused on quality products and employee development. They are seeking a Manufacturing Operator to join their team.

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient production processes.
• Perform quality inspections on products and communicate any defects.
• Rotate through various production roles including machine operation, finishing, and packaging.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and housekeeping standards.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Basic computer skills for inventory and communication tasks.
