Black Cap is seeking a Production Baker for a part-time schedule (16-24 hours/week) in Waterbury, VT. The role supports daily production, follows food safety standards, and works with the bakery team to deliver consistent, high-quality pastries and breads.
The position requires Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday shifts starting at 4:30 AM, with preference for candidates available on Saturdays as well. Full-time applicants may be considered. Training in Serve Safe will be provided after hire.
