About the PositionThe Development Manager is responsible, in conjunction with the Executive Director, for planning and executing fundraising efforts that support the organization’s mission and long-term sustainability, including donor relations, grant writing, and community engagement.
QualificationsThis role is ideal for a highly organized, self-motivated professional who enjoys both relationship-building and hands-on administrative work in a small nonprofit environment. Five or more years of fundraising experience and familiarity with CRMs is preferred.
Salary Range$70,000 - $85,000
