Senior Sales Associate

Music & Arts seeks a full-time Senior Sales Associate to lead customer-focused retail sales in our national music store. In this role, you'll guide students, parents, and educators in selecting instruments, rentals, accessories, repairs, and private lessons. You'll use strong product knowledge and service skills to meet sales goals, support lesson enrollment, and promote music education. Responsibilities include POS transactions, merchandising, inventory support, and participating in community and school outreach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional in-store customer service to students, parents, and educators
• Guide customers in selecting instruments, rentals, accessories, and lessons
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals and KPIs
• Maintain product knowledge of band, orchestra instruments, and lesson offerings
• Process sales, rentals, returns, and repairs accurately in POS systems
• Merchandise and restock sales floor to company standards
• Support lesson program enrollment and community engagement initiatives
• Collaborate with store team to support events, school visits, and promotions
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed
• Follow company policies, procedures, and loss prevention standards
